I am the co-owner and chief strategist at Spalding Barker Strategies, a marketing consulting firm specializing in social media. I have almost twenty years of experience in sales and marketing in a variety of industries. My consulting practice helps retail and healthcare industries represent themselves on the web and attract new customers in a cost effective manner.
In addition to my interests in business and entrepreneurship, I've spent my time trying to be adventurous! I have traveled alone extensively, climbed the Incan Trail to Machu Picchu (carrying my own stuff!) practice Shorin Ryu karate, travel to Haiti as a board member of the non-profit IC-Haiti, am a passionate cook, and a (sometimes frazzled) wife and parent of two small children.
